Uncontrolled hypertension can cause a plethura of health problems; mainly heart problems, including enlargement of the heart. My advice would be to watch your diet, keep exercising, and stay on any blood pressure meds that you may be on. If you can't manage to keep your blood pressure down, you'll only develop more problems. Unfortunately, that's about all I know to tell you. If you want specific explanations to your test results, MAKE your doctor explain them to you. That's their JOB.
